I had same problem too. Need to reload rates from backup. What a nightmare. I'll look at this, but it seems to be a problem with a select statement somewhere

I can't reproduce this fault. We're talking about Batch Update, right?
I just did the following on v1.3.2: Ratecard -> Browse Rates -> choose a ratecard -> Search -> Batch Update -> tick sell rate, add 10 -> Batch update ratecard. I've checked all the other ratecards to find only the ratecard I selected has had £10 added to each rate.
I nearly fell into the trap of ticking Batch Update's ratecard field, but that is intended to move the selected rates to a different ratecard. If you can reproduce the fault you reported would you please detail the exact steps necessary.
