This is because you manually deleted these records. To fix it up you'll have to insert a row for each orphan DID, using the values you saw when inserting a fresh row using the UI. It would probably be easier to delete the orphaned DIDs from cc_did, and recreate them using the UI.

Hi stavros,
i deleted all did groups and dids. cc_did, cc_did_group and cc_did_use tables was empty. Then i created in a2b admin interface new did group and new did but in the custumer interface i couldnt choose any did. There are no dids apear anymore.

You missed a step after creating the new DID group: you didn't describe modifying the customer's account to be a member of the new DID group.

now i added the didgroup id to the users cc_card but it is still not on the interface :(
