I've been wrestling with this for hours now:

So, I've got a file. The ONLY content in it is the following:
1;USA;0,05;0,0001
(dialprefix, destination, rate initial, buyrate)

I then save it as test.csv and upload it. I select the ratecard I am using, I select the trunk I then get an error, I make sure the radio button is on "UNITS", I make sure to add "buy rate" to the right scroll box and then I upload and get this error:

Quote:
ERROR:

* file type is not allowed: application/octet-stream
o .html, .php, .txt, .inc (etc) (text/plain)
o .csv (text/x-comma-separated-values)
o .csv (text/csv)
o .xls (application/vnd.ms-excel)

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Rename it to .txt and you should find it imports without a problem.

If you use a proper desktop OS, it will work fine with CSV, too.

I think there is a problem in the example in the page Import a RateCard because it looks like this:
Code:
1;US;0,70;0,50;2008-03-07 21:21:38

and you will get and error because of the : on the time. You should change the example to something different. I think it works with:
Code:
1;US;0,70;0,50;2008-03-07 21-21-38
