I choused an other carrier in the ratecard, but still is a problem, i cant make calls.
I think this is a sip.conf but, but it seams to be ok.
I made a reload also

And why are the calls failing? What does the debug log say?

The call is working but it uses not the chosen provider, even though it is set everywhere in a2b and in the config files sip.conf and sip_additional.conf

The same way described many, many times elsewhere on this forum.
The trunk settings in the rates overrides that set on the ratecard itself. Perhaps this would explain your problem?
