it is not the first time this is happening.

i tried updating some rates one month ago and all the rates have been updated!

now I tried changing the currency and also currency was changed for everything....so beware.
Could you please provide a little more detail about how exactly you trigger this bug. I can't reproduce this myself on an unmodified v1.3.2 running on Postgres.
