I have read some of the posts in here, but this is what I did.

I needed to update my rates, for some reason, the system will not do it, so I decided to ID the tariff group and via phpmyadmin delete all record with that tariff ID

then I went back and load the current rates via the GUI (text file) and "it worked", but.....

Now all my customers have no rates!!!!! I did change the creation date on the cc_ratecard back to 2000 and also in the cc_tariff group ......

no results still
:(

PLEASE HELP!!!

Added after 17 minutes:

I can not create new customers, as customers have credit left on their account.

I have read that is a BUG but, HOW CAN I WORK AROUND IT?

What gives rise to this conclusion? Are you checking via the ratecard simulator and/or the AGI? What messages are you receiving?

The creation dates are purely for your information; they won't be preventing the rate-engine from matching rates. The startdates and stopdates of ratecards do matter, but the only problem I've ever seen here was fixed long ago.

Sorry, you can't manually modify the database and then shout BUG. If you can describe how to reproduce the problem from the UI alone then we'll try to fix it.

Are you sure your customer's callplan has had the newly imported ratecard added to it?

Thank you for your reply.

AFTER HOURS of looking the same screen I got "lost" until.. I stopped and found.....

Prefix= USA
DESTINATION=1213

:oops:

I kicked my self on the .. well you know where! :evil:

The FLAT FILE was WRONG , I have the prefix and destination crossed.

Once again..Thanks

A suggestion .. maybe for future releases.
:) maybe when uploading files the system could check that prefix must be digits only?, who knows, my mistake could bring something to the project!

GREAT WORK!!!
