I encountered a bug with the payment via moneybookers. It only accepts payments below 1000. For weak currencies this is a problem.

1000 HUF is only 3,118 pounds or 3.94 euros

I've been looking myself, but I haven't yet found where the payments might be truncated to 3 digits.

I got bored of reading the code looking for the source of this problem. After actually trying some transactions it's incredibly obvious that the error is at Moneybookers not within A2Billing; they complain if the transaction is larger than 999 (999.99 triggers the fault, as they round up the next whole unit), so A2Billing is obviously passing on the correct figure.
So far as I can see we can't fix it; you'll have to persuade Moneybookers to permit transactions larger than 999 of your base_currency, or switch to a different base_currency.

Moneybookers don't accept MXN so there's no problem there, although other acceptable currencies, such as INR and JPY, will probably be troublesome too.

indian rupies I not think

500 rupies is around 10 euros . In India people no expend in the house more of 700 rupies month and for big payment and international payment this people like Dollars but this year is all change for euros

about this is not a bug . this is spoke before and I solve in the server is always round configuration. Moneybookers is other question external to US

You're saying your server was configured wrongly and now these transactions work?
