It sounds like you're trying to report a bug, so I moved your post from the Announcement section.
If you can provide debug=3 output from A2Billing for a call you believe to have been misbilled and the relevant lines from your rate table I'll take a look to see if I can find a problem.
Which version of A2Billing are you using?

I can't remember much about A2Billing v1.2. Try upgrading to v1.3.3.

We have recently experienced similar situations. But it was with the name of the trunk in the CDR. We know for sure that some of our trunks cannot even provide international terminations cause the providers do not have the routes. But after some calls, we see a CDR showing the trunk that is truly unable to call the given international destination.

I'd be interested to know if this still occurs after upgrading to v1.3.3, or applying r652. I'm pretty sure this also fixed the incorrect add/remove prefix on failover.

I don't intend to try it on our actual servers. No just yet. I will need to go through all the patches and make sure that they won't break the current stability that we like very well. We have made many changes to the 1.3.2 and it is meeting our satisfaction for the moment.

I am preparing patches for the SVN.

If I were you I'd put r652 straight into production. It's a nasty one to leave unfixed.
