I know how to change the permission digit (es) in rw-rw---- but i don't know how to change in group asterisk and owner asterisk

And then I must create e new dir var/lib/asterisk/sounds/fix_a2b_sounds
and move all files from sound to sounds/fix_a2b_sounds - then I must copy the script fix_a2b_sounds.txt inside var/lib/asterisk/sounds/fix_a2b_sounds

It doesn't matter what filename (or extension) you use, so long as you amend the instructions to use the name you used.
No, re-read the post and you'll see this was the suggested filename of the script. After creating the script in this location follow the 3 lines of instructions Asiby gave immediately after the script.
I guess we should do something about correcting this misnomer before v1.4 is released.
