I am testing an incoming DID with several destinations:

Priority 1 SIP phone connected to asterisk directly
Priority 2 external phone number routed via SIP trunk
Priority 3 another external phone number routes via SIP trunk

Problem: when the caller hangs up, during ringing (call not answered by SIP phone) then the Priority 1 SIP phone stops also ringing, thats fine.

However AFTER hangup A2Billing starts now dialing the two remaining prirorities, the external phones..

Anyone any idea what is causing this ?

TIA

Geejay

If you temporarily set 'number_try = 1' does the problem stop occurring? If so, then yes you've found a bug in A2B.

Stavros,

We have number_try set at 1 anyway, because we wanted to avoid the voice prompt after hangup.

So it doesnt solve the problem.

Can you reproduce the problem ?

TIA

I haven't got time to look into your problem in that depth at this moment. Perhaps you might attach the full Asterisk CLI output (with verbose 15, and 'debug = 3' in a2billing.conf) for a call exhibiting the problem, as this would be informative for anyone who does want to take a look.
