This isn't so much a bug but a design flaw or maybe a feature that needs to be implemented.

Many (if not most) jurisdictions have more than one sales tax, plus exemptions for certain taxes for certain entities (like city or state governments, schools, churches, et cetera). Instead of a single "VAT" field, it would be more appropriate to have "Tax 1" "Tax 2" "Tax 3", with separate fields for tax description.
