I am guessing that your customer interface is not on the same server as you admin interface. Am I right?

I am sorry to tell you that, but your attachment is not helpful. I had understood perfectly what you meant. I have asked a simple question that I a going to rephrase: "Is your Customer Interface on the same server as your Admin Interface"? I was just expecting 1 simple answer: Yes or No.

I needed that answer in order to know how to elaborate. When you place your Customer Interface somewhere where it cannot see the main /etc/asterisk/a2billing.conf, then changes will not affect the server. Maybe you already have a copy of a2billing.conf on the Customer Interface's server, but it is not longer in sync with the one one the other server.

What if I have written all these for absolutely nothing just because the same server is hosting both the Admin UI and the Customer UI? Then you understand that there is always a reason why we ask certain questions when trying to help others.

"Is your Customer Interface on the same server as your Admin Interface"?

Cheers

Ok. In that case, do you still have the pull down menu that allows to select a different theme for the customer interface? If so, can you change the template used and see if they are all missing the SIP/IAX info?
