Looking the CDR I get confuse today

I look:
2008-07-26 19:52:10 0560XXXXX 48684781480 poland proper 00:58 3539108424 terra ANSWER STANDARD 0.011 USD 0.111 USD 90.00% 900.00%

In first time days ago I change the selling rate is round 0.111 for 0.04
But today I look in the CDR before again is making bad charge

I look all the prefix 48684 and is correct 0.04 fo rthe costumer
again I record this route and make one call. And new time is chargin the old rate 0.111

I open new time the route to the prefix 48684 and change 0.0111 (buy rate) to 0.012 and now is making the charge correct to the costumer 0.04


any idea about this????????????????

I not comment in rate simulator work fine but not when you make call
