What error do you get?

no error but I get a blank page after 30 secondes of search when I click UPDATE.

And there is no updates in the currencies.

30 seconds is PHP's default maximum execution time. I don't think it's reasonable to assume that the currencies update requires 30 seconds of CPU on your system, so I doubt raising this limit will make much difference. I'd consult your log files closely to see if PHP is raising any other warnings/errors. You might need to enable logging in php.ini and restart Apache first.
