Hi, I'm using
Version 1.3.3 (Doudou08) - Release : 14 May 2008

I dont know if this is happen with somebody else, or if already fixed.
I have this situation:

$ 10.00 credit

SELLING RATE 0.0049
SELLRATE MIN DURATION 120000
SELLRATE BILLING BLOCK 600

STEPCHARGE A 0.2
CHARGE A 0.0049
TIMECHARGE A 120000
BILLING BLOCK A 600

When I call Its saying "you have 2000 minutes, and let me go ahead in the call"

After hang up, He charge me all the $10 (120000 seconds). Also in ratecard simulator its saying 2000 minutes.

For while I did this to fix my rateplan
update cc_ratecard set initblock=billingblocka where billingblocka > 0 and initblock > billingblocka;

We are importing database from old version, I think in the old version, he goes to stepcharge A, and just after goes to default.

Thanks

Thiago Maia

Hi

At first sight, this would appear to be charging exactly as you have asked it to.

You have set the sell rate minimum duration to 120000 seconds, (2000 Minutes), so even if you have only made a 3 second call, it will still round up to 2000 minutes, which at your rate is about $9.80 USD.
