Import Rate Card problem

I use
asterisk 1.4
postgresql DB
a2billing1.3.2

when i import my ratecard from my CSV file,

(my CSV file just have ONE recod)

when i done it ,it say succeed 1 recoed

but when i show the ratecard detail ,i found 2 record.

why? BUG!

I try use mysql DB ,it 'll not have this problem.

I can't reproduce this bug. We've been importing ratecards into Postgres for years without noticing this,.

If this is a bug in A2B as you say, I don't see what difference changing the SQL backend will make.
Are the two rows in your database identical?

yes, in my database it's will two new same rate ,just the ID different.

can you tell me which file to read CVS file and write the database ?

CC_ratecard_import.php or CC_ratecard_import_analyse.php

It's CC_ratecard_import_analyse.php that does the import, lines 100-200.
