Thanks for your reply stavros.

I can't reproduce this in the Admin UI (is that where you meant?)
Yes, I'm using the Admin UI

Are PHP or MySQL logging any problems when you visit this page?
No, MySQL log is clean. Last thing I can see there is when it last came up and started listening.
Sorry for my ignorance, but I'm a newbie... and I thought PHP don't keep any logs, so I looked for errors on httpd/error.log or ssl_error.log but nothing related to A2Billing came up. (please correct me if I'm wrong)

Presumably you are selecting 'All calls' rather than 'Answered calls', otherwise the ASR will always be 1.00.
There's no difference if I choose 'all calls' or 'answered calls'. It allways shows 0.00

Run the alarms cronjob from the console to see if it spills any warnings/errors.
I added an ASR alarm for the same trunk I'm querying CDRs, and ran the a2billing_alarm.php without anything displayed during execution.
Do you think there's a chance that I missed something on the installation steps that might cause this problem? (everything else is working fine)
Anyone having the same issue?
Thanks again...
