Hello,

The ASR summary for any selected period of CDRs is displayed as 0.00.
I guess this affects also the way the alarms behave.

I'm using:
A2Billing 1.3.3
Asterisk 1.4.16.2
MySQL 5.0.45
PHP 5.1.6

Any help/ideas/suggestions will be appreciated. ;)

Regards,

Alex

I can't reproduce this in the Admin UI (is that where you meant?) on v1.3.3 using Postgres. Are PHP or MySQL logging any problems when you visit this page? Presumably you are selecting 'All calls' rather than 'Answered calls', otherwise the ASR will always be 1.00.

Possibly, although the alarms and CDRs don't share the same code for doing the calculations. Run the alarms cronjob from the console to see if it spills any warnings/errors.

Yes, I'm using the Admin UI

No, MySQL log is clean. Last thing I can see there is when it last came up and started listening.
Sorry for my ignorance, but I'm a newbie... and I thought PHP don't keep any logs, so I looked for errors on httpd/error.log or ssl_error.log but nothing related to A2Billing came up. (please correct me if I'm wrong)

There's no difference if I choose 'all calls' or 'answered calls'. It allways shows 0.00

I added an ASR alarm for the same trunk I'm querying CDRs, and ran the a2billing_alarm.php without anything displayed during execution.

Do you think there's a chance that I missed something on the installation steps that might cause this problem? (everything else is working fine)
Anyone having the same issue?

Thanks again...

Make sure your mysql username that you use to connect from a2billing has 'create temporary tables' permission for the a2billing database.
