I have installed and config a2billing 1.3.4 in Elastix 1.3-2, works ok but cannot see anything (just a blank page) in some CALL REPORTS pages like: Calls Compare Daily Load in tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log appears this log every time I try to acces: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 10 bytes) any idea? rafael |

Hi, Look for the file php.ini, increase the value set to (memory_limit)... then restart apache. You will notice some improvement.. but if you have a large number of customers (cards).. you will still be facing the same issue. The report pages unnecessarily grab a huge amount of data from the dB. Look for the fix posted by Stavros. Hope this helps Regards, |
