I am importing my rates in the folowing format:
0093;Afghanistan;0.26;0.12
also tried:
0093;Afghanistan;0.26;0.12;10/31/2008 18-58-27;10/31/2028 18-58-27

and at the RATE INITIAL it detects 0.0026 every time, the BUYRATE is detected ok 0.12

Anyone had this problem before?
I'm using V1.3.4 stable

I just did some more testing, if i enter:
0093;Afghanistan;26;0.12
the RATE INITIAL is = 0.26!

Added after 27 minutes:

When importing I had the Cents option activated, probably there's the problem, using Unit it imports the csv just fine.
