Running Current Branch 1.3 version (1.3.4x)

Note: I had the bug for postgres in the rate card query where I had to add "::text" to the length string under Class.RateEngine.php, but is now fixed.

The simulator in the Customer UI and in the Admin UI do not work. Please note that rates work when making calls from the dialplan as expected, billing propoerly. the simulator does not work though.

Are there any known issues for this?

ISTR the simulator uses slightly different rules for stripping prefixes. Experiment with adding 011 or 00 to the start of the number in the simulator.

Tried the 00 and 011 before known rates in system and it didn't work either.
