How to turn off promp when customer calls

How can i turn off the prompt that tells the customer how much balance they have and ask for the number they want to dial, i just want it dial directly to the number the customer dials without the prompt

i turned some options off but when the other end to my customer hangs up the call still stays on my customers end and it ask what number they would like to call, do you happend to know exactly how i can switch that off so when the call ends on one end, it ends on both ends?
