Hello All,

I'm not sure if this is a bug but it has happened to me on two different boxes and with both Firefox and IE.

If I refill a customer's balance from the admin screen then hit the reload button in Firefox or IE, the customer's balance is incremented by the refill amount every time the button is hit.

Just thought I would mention this, just in case you noticed some customers with larger balances than expected.

I hope you haven't lost a lot of money if this is happening to you. I did.

It will triple on another refresh, and quadruple if you do it again.

I believe that this has been fixed quite some time ago. Try to upgrade to the latest version.

Cheers

asiby,

Thanks for your prompt response, but I just installed what I thought was the latest version, just over a week ago. This was a brand new install. This is what I see at the top of my screen: Asterisk2Billing - Version 1.3.4 (SeamRóg) - Release : 1 Oct 2008

It did the same thing.

Do I have to install the fix separately. If so, where can I find it?

Thanks again,

RobinA.

asiby,

I downloaded the two files and replaced the existing one. For some strange reason, every time I click on "List Customers", the screen goes blank. Am I supposed to replace other files also? Everything else appears to be fine.

I was just wondering. Aren't bug fixes incorprated into the new release. I was of the impression that if this was fixed over 8 months ago, it would be in the October version. Any specific reason?

Thanks,

RobinA.

I was simply showing you a proof that it was done in v1.4

I never told you to replace a file is v1.3.x with a file coming from v1.4. That would most like never work. You are to restore the files that have been replace and contact someone so they can port that changes into your a2billing version unless you know how to do them.

asiby,

Thanks for clearing up that communication issue. No harm done. I backed up the original file before replacing it. I'm really not sure what is meant by:

The way I've interpreted the above is that PHP familiarity is required to fix the bug in the current STABLE version or we're on my own.

That's OK, I've restored the original file and will try not to do refills.

Thanks again for your help.

You have interpreted it correctly.
