Dear all

i ve recently installed A2Billing with my Asterisk 1.4 version , and i configured it, i m facing one strange problem, when i call to some one suppose of 10 second , A2billing counts this call to 6 Second duration ,
Similarly when i call somone of 1 minute A2billing counts it of 44 second ,

the percentage of difference of call duration is same almost, According to discussion in forum that this problem might be due to possible two reasons , 1rst is check that php-pcntl package is installed and second use of DeadAGI instead of AGI

i was already using DeadAGI , but in my server there was no php-pcntl package, then i installed php-pcntl package, and restart my server.

Thanks in Advance

How are you measuring the 10 seconds of duration in the call? If you a looking at the session time on your phone, then that will almost never give you the correct value. Are you using any billing block in your rates?

i am measuring the time from when call answers , not measuring the whole session including ringing time,
i called to my mobile from my server and i received call , after 10 seconds i disconnected the call, but when i check this call in A2Billing , A2billing counts this call for 6 Seconds, it seems that speed of running time is slow in server , but how it is possible.

what you mean by billing blocks ? i think i am not using billing blocks,
i am not understanding the problem.

Thanks a lot mr asiby for your response
