Using verion 1.6 + Asterisk 1.4 + PHP 5.2.10

I´m seeing this error when setting LOG Level to WARN ...and everytime it happens cause the a2billing.php process to goe zombie <defunct> ...

a2billing.php|1: file:Class.A2Billing.php - line:1006 - uniqueid:1279363398.167572 - ERROR ::> RateEngine didnt succeed to match the dialed number over the ratecard (Please check : id the ratecard is well create ; if the removeInter_Prefix is set according to your prefix in the ratecard ; if you hooked the ratecard to the Call Plan)

i do also see this error in log sometimes

[17/07/2010 05:36:55]:[file:a2billing.php - line:189 - uniqueid:1279362984.167554]:[CallerID:113406]:[CN:47979914440]:[[CHANNEL STATUS : -1 = There is no channel that matches SIP/113406-0006-00028e82]

Sometimes also some a2billing.php process stays in memory forever...unitl i killed....only happens sometimes in the they when high load...im useing DeadAGI ...

i'm stuck here :(

I must watch server sometimes in the day to be sure RAM is not getting filled up by this a2billing.php always alive process...luckly the zombies dissapear after a minute...but they should not go zombie..

Hi

If you have a rate for the destination you are trying to call, you will not see this clear and self explanatory error message:-

Quote:
a2billing.php|1: file:Class.A2Billing.php - line:1006 - uniqueid:1279363398.167572 - ERROR ::> RateEngine didnt succeed to match the dialed number over the ratecard (Please check : id the ratecard is well create ; if the removeInter_Prefix is set according to your prefix in the ratecard ; if you hooked the ratecard to the Call Plan)

This error is self explanatory:

Quote:
There is no channel that matches SIP/113406-0006-00028e82

You or your customer are sending the wrong dial string.

The last error I cannot help you with, you are using php5.2?

Joe
