i am new to a2billing , i have just installed a2billing version 1.2.3 and everything is fine. i created two sip account by manually editting the sip.conf file , not from , or do i need to create this account from a2billing interface? . if dail one extension a2billing prompt for cardno after which it ask for destination number . if i typed in a destination number the extension will not ring rather a2billing with tell me d extension is busy and hangs up after 3 times. i dont know what im doing wrong . can anybody point me in the right direction . |

If you are using a NEW install, why are you using 1.2.3 instead of 1.3.2 ? |

Yeah, as kk said use v1.3.2 instead. A lot has changed since v1.2.3. bayo wrote: i created two sip account by manually editting the sip.conf file Read the user manual, in particular the section on SIP friends.
