I need your help


I'm trying to remove the ring back tone after the user dial the destination number.

I know you can remove the ring back by removing the Rr but how can I replace that ring back file with wav file that says we are connecting you know.

Currently my system does this

User dials the access number then the call goes to A2billing >>> Please enter your Designation number>>> the user dials the international number 0012929929292 then the user hears a ring back until the call connects. Which works great

Now

I want to change that to

User dials the access number then the call goes to A2billing >>> Please enter your Designation number>>> the user dials the international number 0012929929292 then the user hears we are connecting you now then can be ring back or just silence will do.

I'm sure someone will guide me to the right direction as this is standard with any calling card systems.
