I am having major issues getting calls to go out.

I can see it attempts to dial

The a2billing script is running, which is a good start!

You should turn on the a2billig debugging and see what's going on. Some info about that here -

Common causes are ...

- a2billing customer has no credit
- no matching rate in rate card (check using the simulator)
- invalid dates on the rate card (will not find a rate using the simulator if this is the case)
