This may be the wrong forum for posting this, but is it possible to configure A2B in a multi-tenant configuration? I'm thinking not, even if you create a different database for each customer. I would like to manage one installation of A2B for dozens of different customers/pbx's. If not, would a lot of work be involved in creating a multi-tenant version? Any insight at all would be greatly appreciated.
THanks;
Frank

Hi

Unless i have misunderstood the question, that's how A2Billing works.

Your customers register their PBX / softphones / hard phones/ smartphone VoIP Apps via SIP or IAX to your A2Billing installation, and make calls, which are then LCR'd to your carriers.

Each customer can log onto the customer portal, and view their calls and top-up.

Joe;
Thanks for the quick response. All of your responses in the past have been extremely prompt and helpful. What I mean is maybe not multi-tenant, but more multi-pbx for multiple ITSP's. For example, if I have 10 different ITSP's, each with multiple tenants (use Thirdlane MTE as an example). Won't I have to have each ITSP configure their own email templates, Paypal configuration, things like that, etc? Or am I making the problem harder than it needs to be?
On a seperate note, is there an A2B ISO or virtual machine available or in the works? That would be very helpful to say the least. Maybe if I come up with something, I'll release it publically.
Thanks;
Frank

Hi

Do you mean that you have resellers, each selling their own products under their own brand, wholesaling their minutes to you, and then you terminate to your carriers.

If that is what you mean, then using virtualisation would be the way forward.

We have no plans to release an ISO, as the installation is simple if you have LAMP + asterisk experience.

Yours

Joe
