how exactly "add a callerid" work? which file got involved? For right now, the callerid only add a phone number into database along with its id id_cc_card, and activated. I'd like to add agent id of whoever the agent add this callerid into the DB. I have added id_agent for cc_callerid already, but seem to confuse about the code where it actually insert these values. Any hints would be appreciated. |
