Hello, in the "Package Offer", when I am going to set an offer of 200 free minutes, and I set the "Billing type" to "monthly". It said that the offer starts the first day of the month untill 31, because the "starting day" has been set to "1" But if the customer subscribe our offer the day 30, the customer pay the whole month, There is a way to change the starting day automatically, depending on the day the customer has suscribe it? The problem here is that each customer has a different starting day, and we have just one Package Offer, and would be a craziness make a Package offer for each Customer. Thank you in advance |
