I am using A2billing+Asterisk for couple of months now and have started a beta trial with some friendly customers. Most of things are working perfectly fine and the only issue I am facing is intermittent call drops. Some users have reported that during the call there was silence from the other end and they dropped the call and connected again. In some cases the call just dropped and the user connected it again. It is not happening with every call but about 10% of the calls during the day are experiencing this problem. Currently the call volumes are low, around 50 per day, so no where near the server capacity. Is it likely to be a termination issue or something not optimized in the software itself?
