One needs to add one rate at a time to the Package offered.
There should be better way to add multiple rates at a time.
One way is to have check boxes present, where user can click
to choose and then save those rates in the given package.

This issue appears to be on the operational side of A2B.

Please advise if a ticket needs to be opened for this.
