am using a2billing 1.9 and asterisk 1.4 it seems if a user has a credit of zero the user can not make a call.l thought onnet is not supposed to charge anything.if l check on the cdr it shows that the call did not charge but how can a user make an onnet call with a credit of 0


second issue is is it possible for a customer to check balance on his account if its a postpaid account by use of an ivr such that user can dial a certain number and he will be told his balance almost like balance enquiries on mobile phones

Create a second agi-conf that plays the balance, create an extension that calls the new agi-conf in your customer's dialplan context.
