 Post subject: avoid of paypal/online payment fraud - maybe more safer

It is my opinion. This is maybe one step more safer to apply.

User have to signup with A2Billing with the same email address as payapl. so A2Billing will not allow to buy credit - if user do not have same email address as paypal/online payment service provider.

OK, might have global option that we want to allow user to buy by different email address than paypal/online payment service provider.

Anyway Three cheers for Areski.
