Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had succeeded in having the IVR in arabic or kurdish or if you could give give pointers in how to get this working, Is it just replacing the a2billing ivr sound files with arabic translations or does it entail more work. If anyone could give pointers it will be greatly appreciated.

thanks
kay.

In addition to adding a set of new prompts you'll also have to update the code to make selection of this language possible (see here for hints). I seem to remember in another thread in this Translation forum someone said they were already working on an Arabic translation. There's only a few threads, and I'm sure you'd learn a little about i18n problems by reading them all. I certainly did.
