Hello I have installed a2billing, on a debian etch Server and everything seems to working great, only issue i could notice so far: Switching to another language in Customer/admin interface is not possible. I have also read the other posts relating to this problem, but i could not find a fix for this problem. php gettext is enabled, but i think it has something to do with php/apache2. No errors in logs, even turned on php logging to php.log but nothing to see yet. Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) PHP/4.4.4-8+etch6 m gettext enabled (checked via phpinfo) a2billing Version 1.3.4 Any help would be really appreciated, if you got similar problems please also reply to contribute. Thanks in advance for your input! |

Here is how I solved my language problem. ( Debian) 1. check your locale: #locale -a 2. if there is no enough locale: Edit /etc/locale.gen to select the locale(s) you want built, and then run locale-gen. #locale-gen en_US pt_BR zh_TW es_ES fr_FR it_IT pl_PL ro_RO ru_RU tr_TR ur_PK uk_UA 3. restart apache: #/etc/init.d/apache2 restart |

just for record.... In Debian you need to run 'dpkg-reconfigure locales' and select locales that you need. (not UTF8 ones) |
