 Post subject: A2billing Not showing call history on customer portal

Dear Sir

We install A2billing and asterisk 1.8.5. asterisk is working well but we are getting problem with a2billing.
after tried long time we able to install a2billing properly but still getting problem with call history and call charge.

we import our rate list and apply for Batch update 6/6 billing but when make any calls the calls connecting and showing call history on "root" portal but not showing on customer portal. also those calls not getting charge, if client Balance 1$ , after made the calls still 1$, no charge for calls. so can you please help me to solve the issue of call charge and call history.
