 Post subject: asterisk, freepbx a2billing no card number has been entered

I am having a strange issue. I installed asterisk with freepbx on centos. And configured the A2 billing. I have setup inbound route with my DID. So when I call to the DID, I am now asking for Please enter your card number. So I am trying to type the number but after certain time, I am getting "No Card Number Has Been Entered". I followed this instruction:

Hi

You should be using A2Billing 2.0.14, this is important.

Make sure you have got CID_enable to no.
