Not sure if someone can help me here. So I freebies and learning a2billing to setup a calling card platform. My requirement is I will get for example 1 DID number. and mapped multiple user to that DID so that A2billing can detect the caller ID and forward the call according to e destination setup for that caller ID
So I have 2 customer (100), (200) and I setup the caller ID so that A2billing does not ask for pin number. This part working great no issue.
Now I am setting up the auto forwarding DID number to a destination.
I have created a DID number which I added in INBOUND DID-->Add...Search. For example the DID number is 1111111111 DID CUSTOMER BILLING .... -------------------------------------------------- 111111111 BLANK Dial......
And I added the first destination :
DESTINATION 8888888888 CUSTOMER ID 100 DID 111111111 ACTIVATED Yes VALIDATED Velidated PRIORITY 1 VOIP_CALL No
And I added the second destination :
DESTINATION 99999999 CUSTOMER ID 200 DID 111111111 ACTIVATED Yes VALIDATED Velidated PRIORITY 1 VOIP_CALL No
So my understanding is, if I call from Customer 100 to the DID number, A2billing will see that the caller ID is 100 so the call will forward to 8888888888 and if I call from customer 200, A2billing will see the caller ID is 200 so the call will forward to 9999999999
Now when I am calling from number 100 to the DID, it dials 888888888. No issue. Everything is great. Now when I am calling from number 200 to the DID, it rings 2 times and I am getting "Please enter your password than press pound"
So I went back to see INBOUND DID-->Add...Search and found that A2billing register customer 100 for that DID automatically because at first I called from 100. I can see
DID CUSTOMER BILLING .... -------------------------------------------------- 111111111 100 Dial......
So I taught if I delete this customer from the database manually, A2billing will stop asking for password. But no luck. What should I do now ? Please HELP!!!!!
