Use the latest version of a2billing 1.2.3 - user interface has multiple language selections already installed. ( i still cannot get russian to display cyrilic characters correctly!! is it char coding problem or issue with my settings ? )

i have problem with encoding too...

so, what about admin interface? only english?

anest you really think so? I think those languages are not translated in and saved ass utf-8 -- for example arabic language is ok, also i'm translating now too and as long as i save it as utf-8 translation looks fine.
