prepaid enter pin number

I created an exten in *, dial and get the prepaid enter pin number message... but.... i don't know what to put...
anybody on this?

never mind... I got it... it's the ccard.

but now I get this..

i'm dialing 131082xxxxx
after I enter the pin number I get:
RateEngine didn't succeed to match the dialed number over the ratecard..... error.

Have u created the tariff group, RateCard and Rate?

yes I created the ratecard and the tariff and binded them.
now it will make the call, I speak with the other person for 2 minutes.. but the report will say that I spent 000 minutes.
