I have installed the billing system. But when I add new rate card to the tarrifgroup using web interface i get the following error

Could not create a new instance in the table 'cc_tariffgroup_plan'

I also get the following error when I add a new callerid on creating a new customer;

I do not think the problem is database permissions. With the web interface I can create the customer/rate card and many more. The only problem I am getting is when I add new rate card to the tarrifgroup.

I get the error Could not create a new instance in the table 'cc_tariffgroup_plan' . The database I use is MYSQL

Please help

I am having the same problem Could not create a new instance in the table 'cc_callerid'. This is what happened, I deleted the customers account and created a new one. For some reason it still sees the caller ID associated with the old pin that does not exist anymore and prevents me from adding the caller ID again. It should be able to be solved directly in the database. Any ideas or tips.

Added after 4 minutes:

Solved now. List caller IDs and delete it.
