I guess what you are saying is you have an asterisk with a2billing installed and you want to send calls to it from a cisco gateway using H323

I have the same problem the SIP on the asterisk and the a2billing is working beatifully but I have a customer who has a cisco gateway AS5300 who wants to send me H323 calls. I created the peer using asterisk instructions but I don't know how to pass the CID to the a2billing for the authentication

Can anyone help me with that?

Best regards,

LL

'pass' it to A2B? If it's in ${CALLERID} then A2B can see it. Is it being received by the Asterisk H.323 channel driver correctly?

Added after 7 minutes:

I forgot to mention all the Cisco AS5300 I've seen can be configured to send SIP just as easily as they can H.323. If the problem turns out to be the H.323 channel driver you're using you might want to investigate this.
