 Post subject: how to create trunk, ratecard and trunkgroup to make a call

i add everything already. but when i make a call for example, call to fwd . how to ratecard and tariff and trunk. thanks.

I have followed wuts said in that URL but I had no luck. I also tried to make a test with fwd 1800 toll number but X-lite gives the msg call not approved while trunk works fine.
