Hello All,
I have the voicemail setup for DID calling alright. However, when I do the DID calling the A2B sip extension, it takes like 10 rings before the voicemail take over. How do I set the time interval before forwarding it over to the voicemail ?. Thanks

One thing is the second parameter to the Dial() application:
Dial(SIP/num,<timeout>,args)
<timeout> will limit the number of rings..

Yes, this <timeout> does limit the number of rings. I get the message "the number is not answering" after that it hangs up and it is not automatic forwarding to the voicemail ?

.. There on, it's the way Dial()'s exit status is handled. Now, Dial() is executed inside the php AGI. I guess we would have to hack that code to enable voicemail functionality.

Hello richard, can you tell me how you setup your voicemail config. I have also done voicemail for my did's but i was never able to get it working for ring timeout, voicemail works fine for busy,chanunavail,etc. but it never worked for me when status is NOANSWER .
