When trying to login via customer webpage, it always shows blocked account.

there is a bug in displaying errors when trying to log in to user interface. So actually you really don't know if account is blocked or just username/password is incorrect. Double check cardalias/password in admin interface - then if it looks good - look at error_log to see what is actually goin on.

what is the location of the error_log. I believe this is an bug or something and at the same time I am not sure. I am using the new beta version and at first I tried using the customer interface it worked and then all of a sudden I am blocked. There have been suggestion to use the ALIAS as username and WEBGUI password as the password. Tried that and didn't work.
So if there is someone out there who knows a fix to it let us know. This has become my new nightmare. By the way everything that it set to do works apart from this. Again hoping some will come with a solution to this. I have tried the solutions in all posts regarding the BLOCKED thing and they all don't seem to work or apply to my installation.

I do apologize for my ignorance on this issue. On this BLOCKED thing. One has to use the card alias and webg ui password. I was the dumbass that didn't activate the accounts.
Ok now it is confirmed use the CARD ALIAS and use WebGui password.
