I see there is a new version on the Demo, but cant find it for download. Anybody found a URL for it.

I have a working A2Billing (v1.2.3), is there an installation guide just for upgrade?
would the upgrade overwrite all settings/data on my previous installation? I would not want to redo all the users and settings.

I would assume that if you do a backup on the old release (1.2.3) and then restore on the new release (1.3), it should work.
