What I want to do is I want my users to register using SIP friends with SIP hardphones and be able to call a number directly, without further authenticating or entering the destination number to IVR. I don't want the IVR to be involved in my system. Is this possible? I want a2billing to work in transparent mode, where it can rate the calls, but at the back, without making the user realize that they are using a calling card system. Thanks

Yes you can 100% do that. In my system, I refer to that as the "wholesale" mode. the conf for it is on the site somewhere.
