I want to copy the A2billing's backup file. I can see its path and name as it is showen /tmp/db_mya2billing-20070715090537.sql.gz.

I don't succeed in finding the file and I need to full path from /root to find it.

does it has a set location? or I have to run a search for it?

tnx

nir

From the /root folder, do the following if your backup files are in /tmp

Code:
# cd ../tmp
# ll

If the ll (small case L twice) command doesn't work, then try ls or ls -l. You will see the backup files if there are there.

It is important to also check their size if it makes sense. If it's too small, then you should worry. I had a backup file of 54 bytes  cause my password had a blank space in it, and it was preventing the backup due to an error. This problem has now been fixed in the trunk.
